Evren Technologies, Inc. announced today that Robert V. House, PhD, has been appointed to the Board of Directors. “We are pleased to welcome Dr. House and know he will be an outstanding addition to our Board of Directors,” said Weaver H. Gaines, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. “With Robert’s knowledge and extensive background in government contracts, he will greatly assist the Company in applying for and obtaining non-dilutive funding for our research and development of products to assist the Department of Defense in Warfighter resilience and coping with combat stressors.”
Dr. House is an independent consultant and was previously Senior Vice President, Government Contracts of Ology Bioservices, responsible for managing and leading the contract management and oversight process of major US Government contracts with various agencies including the DoD, NIH, HHS, and other federal entities. He is also a director of Arrevus, Inc. and an adjunct professor at George Mason University. Dr. House is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received his BA, his MS in Public Health, and his PhD.
